If you have the talent and desire to deliver innovative and intelligent products as well as services at a rapid pace, serving our colleagues and customers seamlessly across through cognitive solutions, this would be the right fit for you!How will you make an impact in this role?Provide thought leadership, engineering expertise and direction to the engineering teams; be versatile and be able to collaborate with business partners, product teams and multi-functional technology groups to drive continuous delivery. Develop and implement AI/ML Applications using Java and Python and leading industry tools and frameworks.Stay abreast of industry standard processes and emerging trends in public Cloud, AI/ML, Java, and Python development.Collaborate with Product owners to design and optimize AI/ML solutions on public cloud for data scientists and ML engineers.Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in public Cloud and AI/ML technologies.Analyze frameworks, tools, trends, and insights that can be used for AI model development on public cloud.Analyze the existing technology environment and architecture, to develop technical/architectural recommendations to improve system/platform performance and lead improvement implementation.Optimize and fine-tune AI frameworks and solutions to improve performance, reliability and efficiency.Design tables and schema for RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Casandra.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate and bring new AI solutions as part of Platform offering. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Plan, scope, size, architect, design, prototype and engineer platform components.CI/CD Implementation: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to release platform capabilities.A problem solver, open to learning. Should have experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, building and keeping up with evolving technologies - as a leading member of the team.Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Computer Science and related fields with 8+ years in experience Experience in designing & developing API, ETL workflows, Function as service, Micro services-based applications using frameworks like Spring Boot, Vertx and Fast API.Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Data and Compute services such as Vertex, Big Query, Dataproc, SageMaker, S3, EMR, EC2 etc. offered by public cloud like GCP, AWS and Azure.Proficient in Programming Languages: Java & Python and Reactive framework and others.Proficient in writing clean and efficient code to implement machine learning solutions.Good understanding of various machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learningFamiliarity with popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnKnowledge of Platform Engineering: Ability to create scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet enterprise platform needs.Big Data Platform Proficiency: Skilled in working with Big Data platforms and Big Data lakes and services offered on public cloud.Expertise in RESTful APIs: Understanding of RESTful principles and experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for microservices communication.Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency: Proficient with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.RDBMS and NoSQL Knowledge: Proficient in database technologies.Good understanding of GPU architecture, frameworks and Cuda programming.Credit and Banking Data Knowledge: Familiarity with financial data structures and requirements.Architecture design and modeling: should possess strong skills in designing and modeling complex systems and architectures. Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with industry trends.Leadership and communication: lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
