Your role at Sephora:
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will focus on the core functions of network and security support, engineerin planning, implementation, analysis, maintenance, administration and reporting for the Retail and Corporate environment. Reporting to the Director, Network Engineering, you will be required to apply solid technical, business, and problem-solving skills and create productive relationships with business units and internal IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business and application owners on design, troubleshooting, support, and documentation of new application deployment and enhancements
- Continuous design and configuration improvements of Network technologies and processes Engineer/Support Retail and Corporate buildings/floors
- Engineer application and network designs to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and security best practices
- Maintain documentation and train junior engineers
- Provide technical expertise in business initiatives and projects
- Operations Support and escalations
- Manage and lead internal IT initiatives and projects from other groups
- Create end-to-end project tasks and expect to be accountable for entire project completion
- Configure and install network and security related hardware and software
- Manage and maintain network and security documentation through collaborative applications
- Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures which includes internal penetration and vulnerability scans
- Evaluate new and emerging network security trends, products and technologies

We’re excited about you if you have:
- 8+ years of overall network technology experience
- 3+ years of experience with networking and security technologies in a retail environment working directly with store cast
- 4+ years’ experience in managing deployment of new endpoints or application and tracking of tasks and dependencies, using software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc…
- 3+ years’ experience in Layer7 Firewalls (Fortinet, PAN)
- Engineering and Supporting Aruba products (Clearpass, Wireless, Switching)
- Design and build new floors/offices, end-to-end, including planning, cost analysis SD-WAN experience
- Automation experience a big plus
- Business Analyst experience extremely helpful
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,210.00 - $163,200.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
