That's where you come in! We are looking for a Senior Engineer Project Manager to join our Harmony, NJ team. This individual will influence the performance of both Stateline Fabricator, a steel and metal fabrication company, and Highland Erectors, a steel erection company. Coordinating daily operations and overseeing multiple teams, driving results, accountability, and collaboration
Liaising with both internal and external partners to generate ideas, find solutions, and achieve goals and objectives
Ensuring the profitability of the businesses in accordance with established budgets
Implementing strategic plans defined by the board of directors and communicating performance indicators to leadership
Overseeing new acquisitions and participating in sales activities
Planning and advising necessary investments
Managing human resources and staff recruitment
If you enjoy problem-solving and have strong project management experience in construction or a related industry, then this is the role for you! Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and business acumen skills are also needed. Lastly, a bachelor's degree in engineering - knowledge of structural steel building engineering is a plus.
