Job Description Senior Engineer ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Operations and Engineering Teams to identify feature sets that impact private and public cloud platforms to ensure availability and reduce toilPerforms hands-on architecture, design and development of monitoring systems to provide continuous support for ongoing infrastructure and application availabilityUnderstands current incidents and provides solutions to detect, recover, and prevent re-occurrenceQualificationsBachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience4+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of software development experience in Python and Go.Experience in Java8+ and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks is a plus, but not requiredUnderstanding of Linux functionalities / features as well as good experience of shell scriptingExperience in clouds platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure is beneficialGood understanding of Container & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShiftExperience in automation tools such as AnsibleExperience in NoSQL databases such as Couchbase preferredAbility to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS, PaaS, Cloud technologies and tools for Continuous Delivery (CD)Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutionsGood written and verbal communication skillsQualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition
