Senior Engineer – Water/Wastewater at Davron LLC

A leading water and wastewater utility company is seeking a Senior Engineer - Water/Wastewater based in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Engineer - Water/Wastewater position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater utility projects working as a PE, including 3 years in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with SCADA, GIS, and asset management programs.
• Lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater utility projects.
• Prepare and approve engineering plans, designs, and cost estimates.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring all construction meets design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct hydraulic system analysis and engage with stakeholders to facilitate ongoing operations.
• Manage external contractors and act as a technical resource for field operations.
• Coordinate project schedules, supervise construction, and provide regulatory support.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage starting on day one of the following month, a 401(k) with a 3% contribution and an additional 4% match fully vested, an Employee Assistance Program, three weeks of PTO, and paid holidays.

Relocation assistance up to $15,000 may be available for well-qualified candidates.
