Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are running smoothly, and providing technical support to all departments. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, network administration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product development and launch activities from concept to product launch (end-to-end).
- Identify risks/dependences that could affect delivery commitments and resolve them by collaborating with other functional stakeholders.
- Track, measure, and communicate program status and other KPIs in both formal and informal settings.
- ·Foster and maintain effective communication between local and global cross-functional product delivery teams.
- ·Accountable for program ownership and leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct experience in engineering program management working with local and global cross functional development teams from product concept to first customer shipment.
- ·Initiative-taking with willingness to collaborate openly with peers, individual contributors, and functional leaders.
- Prior experience working with hardware, software, quality assurance engineering, documentation, technical support, GTM/launch work streams to manage an end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Persuasive communication and collaboration skills to discuss, plan, measure, and report product development status at each phase.
- Knowledge of product development methodologies, and experience using planning and scheduling tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
Preferred Skills:
- Engineering or MBA education with emphasis on program or product management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
