Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
We are seeking a Senior Epic Project Manager for a contract with our hospital client. The opportunity is 90% remote, with occasional on-site work for go-live.
Key Accountabilities:
The Senior Epic Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efforts for two separate but related Epic upgrade and integration projects:

Key Accountabilities:
The Senior Epic Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efforts for two separate but related Epic upgrade and integration projects:
- Project #1: Epic full-system upgrade to the newest version (Nov 2024 release)
- Project #2: Epic system multi-site Workflow Optimization
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of healthcare project management and EHR / Epic implementation experience
- Proven leadership and experience with more than three (3) enterprise Epic implementations
- Current or previously held Epic certifications preferred
- Proven leadership and experience with developing EHR implementation project plans (scope, timelines, resources, and budget)
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy
- Both agile and waterfall experience preferred
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Epic certifications preferred but not required
- Clinical Applications project experience (this is not a technical PM role)
- Hospital experience required
- Hospital merger experience a plus
