Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex calendars for executives.
- Plan, book, and manage comprehensive travel arrangements.
- Accurately track and submit expense reports while ensuring policy compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for various meeting types and support executive communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Concur platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 7 years supporting VP-level or higher executives preferred.
