Senior Executive Assistant - Dilijent Systems

Dilijent Systems is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This vital role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our senior leadership's day-to-day operations.

In this position, you will manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication on behalf of executives, as well as organizing meetings and events. Your strong administrative skills and discretion in handling sensitive information will be essential in facilitating smooth operations within the company. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between executives and various departments within the organization
• Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for senior leadership
• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as necessary
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
