SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior- and/or executive-level management.
Position responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to the following:
·Review and prioritize confidential and wide-ranging written and verbal information requests to present to assigned senior- and/or executive-level management for consideration.
·Act as a liaison for assigned senior- and/or executive-level management with other departments.
·Handle confidential and non-routine information and communications with appropriate action on behalf of assigned senior- and/or executive-level management.
·Coordinate complex activities involving multiple groups or departments, including meetings, travel, conferences, and company-wide events.
·Handle assigned senior- and/or executive-level management calendars and daily schedules.
·Process expense reports.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
·Eight (8)+ years of administrative experience, to include providing support to senior level management.
·Four (4)+ years of experience with MS Office Suite; must have strong Outlook calendar skills.
·Must possess the following:
oExceptional organization skills.
oBe well-spoken/written, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
oHave the ability to work independently and effectively, and efficiently balance competing tasks and projects.
·Demonstrate ability to use discretion and judgment in facilitation of confidential matters.
