Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with hiring managers to scope search project by obtaining information that clearly defines the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, compensation, company culture, etc.
- Lead and develop comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies, in tandem with Talent Access team of Recruiters and Associate Recruiters, for qualified candidates via heavy cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, client referrals, local advertising, networking, professional communities, etc.
- Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications by conducting thorough interviews.
- Successfully communicate each candidate's experience and qualifications for the opportunity and advise client on candidate background, expertise and career potential.
- Manage and negotiate both the selection and offer process including but not limited to, candidate compensation, benefits, relocation, and pre-close of the candidate.
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from search kick-off through closure to ensure "time to fill" goals are achieved.
- Develop, drive and manage strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Build market data and insights to win the Search project and assists with the pitch preparation and documentation.
- Drive new business with existing customers and prospects and develop relationships with Korn/Ferry Executive Search by working with them to grow business with key customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
- Provide project updates to management, client contacts and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Candidate Experience - provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants and candidates interacting with KF.
- Leverages KF tools and assessments in measuring candidate fit.
- Be a strong advocate for diversity & inclusive recruitment delivering on market specific strategies as needed by client.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the field of human resources, talent acquisition or
- Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience or comparable industry research
- Minimum 3 years' experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean
- Minimum 3 years of Applicant Tracking System experience or relevant research
- Experience developing diverse talent
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing
- Strong business acumen, high client-service orientation, detail-oriented
- Project management skills and experience.
