About the Job
Join the world’s first Meta Retail Store team, where you will bring AR/VR experiences to life with consumers. As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events and train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Additionally in this Senior role, you'll conduct QA's on Experience Experts to confirm product knowledge and skill rention and travel to other Bay Area campuses to manage pop-up events. Compensation:$32.69-$34.62/hour pay rate + bonus potential

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products including accessories
- Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.
- Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present
- Travel to other Bay Area campuses to manage pop-up operations as directed - Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, and Fremont
- Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees
- Conduct QA’s on Experience Experts to confirm retention of product knowledge and presentation skills
- Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays
- Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
- Other duties as assigned by management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in retail
- 1-2 years in events presentation
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
Skills and Attributes:
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well both in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability; available to work weekends
