As the Sr Facilities Manager, you will maximize the customers’ shopping experience and tenant sales by ensuring a clean, well-maintained, safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing environment and asset preservation and enhancement while ensuring implementation of all PRCP standards. You will oversee the center's operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services. The Sr. Facilities Manager oversees the onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial teams.
To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in Operations, Facilities, or Property Management.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and operational functions, including the ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics.
- Solution-oriented and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting commitments and producing accurate work.
- Basic to moderate computer skills (email, Excel, Word, online systems) and a valid Driver’s License.
