This position will be supporting our group of schools on the South Shore, regularly working in our locations in Kingston, Pembroke, Plymouth, Norwell, and Carver.

The following responsibilities will be prioritized based on the current needs of the business:
- Support the organization's on-site facilities needs and execute solutions, including ticket management, hands-on maintenance, vendor coordination, and emergency response.
- Coordinate and monitor facilities and IT ticket queues to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper vendor traffic.
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces, and perform routine maintenance on facilities as needed.
- Take a hands-on approach to fixing problems, such as plunging a toilet, installing furniture, or fixing a copier when needed.
- Prioritize the safety of our programs and identify the best solution to balance safety and cost.
- Update required facility compliance documents, including the MASS Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM).
- Support on-site pre- and post-opening activities to get new programs a certificate of occupancy and become operational, working cross-functionally across all departments.
- Support permit applications when necessary and support the team in presentations to municipal officials.
- Work with third-party consultant services as needed, including contractors, landlords, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
