Senior Finance Associate
An outstanding opportunity exists to join RVR Consulting Group, an Orlando-based firm specializing in
helping small to mid-market businesses maximize their value and achieve their short and long-term goals.
As a Senior Financial Associate, your key responsibilities will include developing financial models,
performing financial and data analysis, supporting M&A activities, developing actionable KPIs and
metrics, managing multiple projects concurrently, and effectively communicating with clients and team
members.
The Senior Financial Associate is a key contributor to the team. In this role, you will utilize and grow
your finance, accounting, project management, business analysis, process improvement, change
management, and exit planning skills to support consulting projects across multiple industries. The ideal
candidate will be adept at self-managing with a high drive to exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do In Consulting Services
• Plan the requirements and gather critical information to formulate financial models that provide
clients meaningful insights into their company
• Analyze data to review actual results, accurately forecast client budgets, and communicate the
financial impact of strategic decisions
• Develop content for and participate in client meetings, including communicating project updates
and go-forward recommendations
• Successfully and adeptly manage a multi-consultant project team
• Support Senior Consultants and RVR leadership in the development and execution of project
work and client deliverables
What You’ll Do In M&A Preparation Work
• M&A Activities and Transactional Advisory Support
• Research client markets, industry trends, potential acquirers, etc.
• Drafting of Investment Memorandum (Pitch Deck Development)
• Data room organization and maintenance
• Due diligence process management and support
• Project management
• Financial Analysis and Fin Pack Preparation (Three Statement Model)
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working in a financial or professional business environment
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in Business, Finance, Accounting, or
Economics
• An MBA or other advanced business or finance degree strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as part of a team
• Strong Business Acumen (in-depth understanding of how a business operates, business strategy,
market dynamics)
• Strong research aptitude with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and market
research
• Technical Skills
o Buy side diligence
o Extensive knowledge of and experience in financial modeling and analysis
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
o Expert-level Excel skills
o Proficient in PowerPoint and Word

• Process mapping and reengineering experience, utilizing tools such as Visio and/or Blueworks
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and other data visualization software
• Familiarity with SQL, DAX, Python, etc.
• Experience optimizing business processes through increased operational efficiency.
• Project management and/or change management experience
