Position Overview:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy and impact within the organization. Your deep analytical expertise and business insight will be crucial in identifying value and influencing decisions. You will work closely with leadership to provide data-driven insights, ensuring optimal resource allocation and driving informed decision-making processes. This is an onsite role requiring daily presence at the Lubbock, TX location, and it is part of a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

Skills and Certifications (required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and manage complex financial scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), HFMS, or FACHE certifications.
