Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Lubbock, TX
Job-Type: FTE/Permanent
Shifts/Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Role and Responsibilities:
• Utilize a deep analytical and business insight expertise to play an integral role driving financial impact across the organization
• Focus on thoroughly understanding the business drivers and underlying financial results
• Seek to uncover value and drive impact
• Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work through ambiguity
• Proactively solve problems
• Drive data-driven insights to inform decision making, resource allocation and importantly, influence business decision-making.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or another closely related field of study
• 8+ years of closely related finance experience.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study
• Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications.
