Job DescriptionAs an Senior Financial Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Teams and fellow Advisors, tackling unique client situations head-on. From investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings to tax and estate planning, your expertise will make a difference. You'll be at the forefront of client meetings, guiding them through financial action plans and ongoing financial reviews. Every interaction will be an opportunity to showcase the 'Why' behind Moneta. Essential Responsibilities
- Participate in and/or lead client meetings including first interviews, confidential fact-finding, financial action plans, implementation meetings, and reviews
- Prepare and/or review financial action plans and projections put together by team members
- Facilitate services for client including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
- Develop and source new business with prospect and referral pipelines
- Keep Partner informed on team and client issues
- Contribute to team’s strategic planning discussions and execute vision
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
- Assist in interviewing and hiring of team members
- Champion team vision and lead by example
- Seek opportunities to better Moneta
- Travel occasionally to meet with clients and quarterly for team meetings
- Commitment to ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters
- CFP, CPA, J.D. or CFA desired
- Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment
- CFP required within 3 years of employment
- Five or more years of relevant experience offering holistic financial planning advice
- Wealth management, registered investment advisory experience preferred
