Experience in Oracle or Hyperion is a plus

Job Details
- Responsible for providing finance business partner support for multiple corporate functions
- Be heavily engaged with Accounting month-end activities such as accrual submissions, analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast
- Partner with global teammates to create financial presentations,
- Responsible for actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and variance explanations for senior leadership
- Oversee an Analyst for all Accounting & FP&A tasks and help develop future management skills
- Bring forth proposals and creative solutions to best meet the growth needs particularly in the annual budget cycle.
- Any ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
