Maverick Search Partners has partnered with Northside Hospital to identify a Senior Financial Analyst
This role will be involved in supporting leadership in decision making through financial and data analysis.

What you'll do:

Perform data mining to identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase revenue
Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
Build financial models using Excel and SQL
Partner with various business units to develop and implement financial strategies
Create reports to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and analyze reports using a variety tools
Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to leadership

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related Field
3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Extensive experience in Excel and SQL, including experience with data mining and data analysis
Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record for decision-making support
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
