Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Bellemont, AZ
Work Arrangement: on-site (with flexibility)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

The senior financial analyst plays a key role in the success of the company. They will assist with P&L reporting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, ERP implementation, ad hoc projects, and wear many hats in the organization. This is a very hands-on role that reports directly to the Director of Finance. This candidate will gain exposure into all areas of the finance function, and have future opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the P&L for accuracy, prepare variance analysis
• Prepares the annual budget and monthly forecast
• Ad hoc reporting
• Team with department leaders to understand and review variances
• Work with project team to analyze trends and risks
• Cash Management/Treasury duties, including maintaining rolling cash forecasts

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or related field (mandatory)
• 5 to 10 years relevant finance/accounting experience
• Experience with financial modeling
• Expert level excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc)
• An interest in manufacturing
• A strong desire to continuously learn and make an impact
• Self-starter
• Team player mentality
