- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of financial results and operational expenses, offering insights to support executive decision-making.
- Serve as primary finance liaison to IT data infrastructure team to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency and timely reporting. Recommend corrective actions for data gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
- Develop actionable dashboards that will measure progress against company objectives.
- Build, maintain, monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to company performance including profitability and trends at the channel/category/SKU level.
- Support ROI analysis for major initiatives through proper data tagging, allocation and aggregation.
- Collaborate with channel and departmental leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, revenue quality improvement and cost optimization strategies.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness across various channels and departments.
- Leverage data and automation tools to support the company’s rebate program and commission programs, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a strong academic track record.
- A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, ideally in revenue analysis, expense management, or FP&A.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other data visualization software is essential.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Power Query, VBA, and Power Pivot) for financial modeling and data analysis is STRONGLY preferred.
- Experience with relevant financial software or systems is a plus. NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, consistently delivering results within set deadlines.
- Capable of thriving in an ambiguous environment and adept at managing changing priorities.
