Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is a fast-growing company who is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, including the VP of Finance and CFO, to drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasting and reporting for senior management and the Board.
• Manage the annual planning process, updating financial models and strategic forecasts.
• Analyze monthly financial results, identifying key variances and providing insights.
• Provide ROI analysis and ad-hoc financial modeling to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.

• Hybrid schedule - 3 days on site and 2 days work from home per week
• Ability to achieve 15% target bonus annually

Salary: $95,000 to $110,000
