SENIOR FP&A ANALYST
SOUTH/SOUTHEAST HOUSTONNEW HIGHLY VISIBLE ROLE
Newly created Senior Financial Planning Analyst to help the CEO, COO, and CFO improve operations and drive business. You will work closely with the Finance Director to create KPIs and analyze the company’s financial results.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing critical information to the executive team for strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports using data mining skills.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze complex financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring our financial health is on track.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and senior management to drive performance.

Who You Are:

• BBA in accounting, finance, or economics.
• MBA or Master of Finance is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of FP&A experience required.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Ability to complete financial modeling in Excel with forecasting capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
