Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our financial planning and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Performing balance sheet reconciliation and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
2. Utilizing SAP or equivalent software to manage and analyze financial data.
3. Conducting Variance Analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
4. Reclassifying General Ledger (GL) entries as needed to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
6. Providing strategic financial recommendations based on your analysis of financial data.
7. Collaborating with other members of the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
8. Communicating complex financial information in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Senior Financial Analyst position will have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role, with a focus on balance sheet reconciliation, variance analysis, and GL reclassification.
3. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial software.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, understandable manner.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. A high level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially and responsibly.
