Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Immediate need for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a Multi Billion Dollar Leader in Healthcare Services.  In this highly visible role, you will support key decision making working directly with Senior Management Personnel.  This role is well positioned for growth.

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the finance and operations teams by engaging throughout various stages of the proposal and contract process. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing proposal data, improving processes, reviewing pricing models for new business, analyzing contracts before finalization, generating contract-related reports, entering budgets for new business ventures, and facilitating the transition between sales and operations finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing models for new business opportunities and RFPs
• Prepare and manage status reports for ongoing pricing initiatives
• Evaluate Pro Forma and IRR models for new capital projects
• Identify critical financial and operational performance trends through detailed analysis
• Build and refine financial models, conduct financial statement reviews, and perform ad-hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions
• Generate and implement budgets for new business units
• Assist in the financial reporting of capital expenditures and project budgets
• Review and evaluate contract drafts, while creating and managing processes to track key financial metrics within contracts

• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities in interpreting and evaluating intricate data sets
• Possess advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data systems
• Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional business acumen
• Collaborate effectively across teams and build cross-functional relationships

Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
At least 3 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a related role preferred
