The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at ICP primarily serves the reporting, analysis, and planning needs of its Executive and Commercial functions.
The senior financial analyst will be a core contributor to ICP’s Roofing Products & Driveway Sealers Business Unit (R&DS BU), with a key focus on partnering with the R&DS BU lead (EVP & GM) as well as the VP of ICP’s Retail, Big-Box Commercial Team (a key channel for the R&DS BU) to support them in their analytical, reporting, planning, and project/program management needs.
This position will be based at our Andover, MA plant. Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Business Unit Program Management
- Cadence-based reporting (Manage monthly review process - co-ordinate/build materials, assemble key stakeholders, track KPI scorecards)
- Analytics-driven decision-making support on various operational and strategic initiatives
- Monthly and ad-hoc deep-dive into P&L drivers - Sales Volume, Rebates, Price/Raw Material Costs/Margin, Freight, Mfg Costs - by product line, channel, customer
- Forecasting, Budgeting, Long-Range Planning
- BU performance benchmarking / correlation vs peers/industry/market
- Retail Channel Support
- Leverage ICP’s relationships / access to information with its key Retail, Big-Box customers to establish customer KPI scorecards, build demand forecasts, perform sales/margin trend and variance analyses, etc. in support of the Retail Channel’s strategic and tactical initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in Business / Accounting / Economics / Finance / Engineering / Sciences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint-based financial analysis, modeling, and presentation; able to analyze large transactional datasets, build projection models, and produce insightful analyses
- Pays attention to detail / takes pride in the quality of one’s work product.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; can work one-on-one with senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
- Enjoys problem solving, will not take no for an answer.
- Possesses a strong desire to learn and build upon one’s existing skillset.
