The Senior Financial Analyst will perform Financial Planning and Analysis activities of the organization and assist with the preparation of internal/ external financial reports, monthly financial analysis of operations and ad hoc analysis by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual planning and forecasting and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
- Drives key insights and analytics by evaluating current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Executes value-added analysis and provide decision support for projects and initiatives, capital expenditures and acquisitions.
- Support and direct continuous improvement.
- Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepares reports which summarize and forecast Company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.
- Work with Corporate Accounting to optimize Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports.
- Works with business development, operations and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output.
- Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
- Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution and determines their financial impact.
- Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities.
- Establishes and maintains contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related degree; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, or equivalent.
