Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis of large data sets.
Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools for effective reporting and decision support.
Experience with financial planning systems such as DataRails and Trovata is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior management and various stakeholders.
Education/Training:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience in a senior or lead role, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
Experience in the aviation industry or a similar sector preferred.
Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, climbing, bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 10 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: General office equipment such as personal computer.
Work Location: The primary work location will be the Finance Offices at the Marana facility, with occasionally the Tucson site.
SMS Requirements:
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires aviation service providers to implement a Safety Management System (SMS) to identify and manage safety hazards. You may be required to participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and SMS compliance.
