Supports supply-chain systems, inventory control, forecasting, purchasing, accounts payable support, new clinic, and new
modality implementations.
Responsibilities:· Builds forecasts and purchasing plans via complex multistep weekly processes.
· Create SOPs for onboarding, ordering, and procurement process.
· Build and maintain a comprehensive Purchasing List Catalog and vendor information.
· Determine and manage the overall frequency of ordering per week.
· Understand vendors' contacts and strategic purchasing planning.
· Manage GLN (Global Location Numbers) for clinics.
· COGS reporting – 1st of every month
· Inventory Support email management.
· Review weekly clinic inventory counts for completeness & accuracy.
· Supports inventory control and loss prevention issues.
· PO receipt management
· Item maintenance and setup in NetSuite & Salesforce
· Supports Accounts Payable processes.
· Lead new store opening process by ensuring inventory and equipment have been positioned.
· Focuses on service failures and the root causes behind them.
· Continuously drives for efficiencies in COGS and inventory days on hand.
· Supports sourcing activities, RFPs, and contract management.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
· 5+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or supply management is preferred.
· 3+ years' experience as a team leader preferred.
· Successful track record in driving COGS lower and service levels higher.
Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
· Advanced MS Excel skills required.
· Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
· Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and use strong decision-making, analytical, and follow-up skills.
· Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office suite, Internet Explorer,
Word, etc)
· Compelling interpersonal communication skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.
· Strong guest service orientation and the ability to articulate verbal and written communication. · Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols. · Must maintain a high attention to detail.
