About the Job
You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments, providing insights to enhance financial performance and improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, dashboards, and special projects
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance, explaining deviations and proposing corrective actions. Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze operational costs and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and complies with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to provide financial guidance and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of Finance experience, 3+years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial analysis software
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain an important level of accuracy
