Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly financial close process, including accruals, prepaids, and capital.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis to understand trends and deviations from budget and actuals.
- Create various financial presentations, including actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and insightful variance explanations
- Manage headcount planning and expense management to ensure alignment with budget and forecast.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process as well as quarterly forecasting for the organization.
- Collaborate with global teams to align financial expectations and deliver on financial commitments.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial proposals and providing solutions to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Masters Degree is a plus.
- Experience in Oracle or Hyperion is a plus
- Advanced user in Excel
