Compensation: $83,200 - $93,600
Summary
Provides systems and reporting oversight, training, and high-level support to the affordable housing compliance, finance, and property management operations departments. This is a full time, in-office position.
Duties
- Automate and optimize system processes
- Train and support site staff and site employee resource center staff with Yardi technical issues
- Manage and implement new Yardi and RentCafe features and upgrades, and provide recommendations to improve processes
- Lead Yardi upgrades, trainings, and creation of training materials to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work with site employee resource center staff in budget creation and implementation
- Assist with Affordable Housing annual reporting
- Build and maintain custom reports that will be used to support internal and external clients
- Prepare financial and analytical reports, using the Yardi database and other data sources, for month-end, year-end, and external client reporting
- Support the annual audit process with financial reporting and commentary based on analyzing report data
- Plan and implement policies, procedures, and improved internal controls
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in business, accounting, computer science, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or multi-site business database management
- Strong Excel skills, including file journal uploads and downloads, advanced formulas, Visual Basic, and working with large data sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Yardi experience preferred
- RentCafe experience preferred
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
