Senior Financial & Grants Analyst - Tandym

A recognized medical services organization in New York is currently seeking a new Senior Grants and Financial Analyst. In this role, the Senior Grants & Financial Analyst will be responsible for focusing on award management, ensuring compliance, and financial oversight within a research setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days onsite; 2 days remote
• Location: Lower Westchester OR Manhattan

Responsibilities:
The Senior Grants and Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Managing both pre-award and post-award grant activities, including proposal preparation, budget development, and submission
• Reviewing, revising, and negotiating research-related agreements in compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with departments to ensure accurate grant management and compliance
• Conducting monthly account reconciliations, financial reporting, and account closeout

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with FDA, NIH, and Federal Grants
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education, training, or experience
• Strong understanding of Federal Regulations and Compliance in Research environments
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Management and Grant Administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a University setting
• Expertise in both Pre-Award and Post-Award Management
