Responsibilities Include:
Handling annual, quarterly, and current SEC reporting requirements,
Preparing supporting documents for various financial statement disclosures, and preparing EDGAR and XBRL files.
In addition, the role also encompasses a broad range of corporate accounting functions, including researching and analyzing new accounting standards, updates, and SEC rule changes, preparation of governmental regulatory reports, budgeting, forecasting, and planning support, internal control testing support, and other key areas as needed.
Drafting sections of annual, quarterly, and interim SEC reports, assisting with the preparation of supporting documents for financial disclosures within the SEC filings, and preparing, converting, and filing reports to the SEC EDGAR system.
Preparing quarterly and annual governmental regulatory reports, assisting with the preparation of quarterly earnings release financial disclosure, and much more.
Furthermore, the role will involve staying updated with FASB ASC and researching complex accounting topics related to our business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of related accounting experience and MBA or CPA preferred.
3+ years of Public Accounting experience is a must, with experience working with manufacturing clients and inventory schedules and reports.
Knowledge of and Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, SEC, EDGAR, and XBRL reporting requirements is desirable.
Worked a minimum of 1 year as a Senior Accountant is required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary starting at $110,000 +10% Bonus and a Comprehensive Benefits Pla
