Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review external financial reports, including SEC filings.
- Oversee technical accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Manage SOX internal controls and support audit processes.
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team on earnings communications.
- Drive process improvements and conduct ad hoc accounting research as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
- CPA designation required.
- 2-3+ years of Big 4 audit experience (U.S. experience).
- Experience with publicly traded companies (public accounting or corporate accounting).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Workiva preferred.
- Proven job stability and career progression.
