Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and associated frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Write clean, efficient code aligned with best practices and coding standards
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to support team growth
- Troubleshoot and debug to ensure high-quality application performance
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices in development
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita) and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative team approach
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows related to cloud-based development and deployment
- Experience with Continuous Integration environments
- Technical leadership with a focus on quality and software design skills
