The Role:
The Role:
- As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be one of the first 5 engineers at the company, responsible for building ambitious new features end-to-end in both our web app and mobile app (React Native) while ensuring our software remains performant and bug-free.
- Our mobile app is loved by users (4.9 stars from 350+ App Store reviews) and is built with a React-Native & Typescript codebase powered by a Firebase+GCP fully serverless backend.
- We have Mixpanel analytics, Bugsnag error logging, and Intercom for customer support.
- We also Mobot for automated Q&A and Codepush for OTA updates.
You Will:
- Architect and assemble core features, including Client interfaces powered by LLMs on the way to building a world-class AI coach and sales co-pilot.
- Write great code quickly and be counted on to deploy with minimal code review.
- Communicate directly with users to understand and resolve bugs.
- Relentlessly raise the bar for quality and easy-of-use in field sales software.
- Work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, daily and be counted on to tell them when they're wrong.
Must Have:
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Fluent in React and Typescript.
- Proven track record of high-performance.
Nice to have:
- Experience as a Founding Engineer or at a <300 person startup.
- Experience with React Native.
- Experience building SDKs.
Location/Office Policy:
+ We work in-person 3 days a week out of the beautiful Company building at 22 Vanderbilt, NYC.
+ No relocation stipend
