The Advertiser Management team builds applications to help advertisers express their goals and improve their return from advertising investments.What You'll Do- Design, develop, and improve web services used by advertisers to run campaigns in the Uber & Uber Eats apps used by 100m+ global users- Lead the development of new advertising capabilities, optimizing the ad delivery process and creating delightful user experiences- Architect systems that improve how Uber’s advertising marketplaces operate to provide control and transparency to advertisers- Participate in code reviews, mentor to junior team members, and improve software engineering practices across the team- Identify solutions to ambiguous problems and help the team work through tradeoffsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience- 5+ years of professional experience software development experience with a track record of increasing responsibility and impact- Experience with full-stack development and data intensive applications- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web fundamentalsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with single page application framework like React- Experience in advertising and marketing domains- Experience running experiments and supporting decisions with data- Experience leading cross functional teams solving ambiguous problemsFor Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$153,000 per year - CAD$170,000 per year.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year.For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp
