Senior Fund Accountant at Suncap Technology Inc.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and co-investment entities.
• Interact with limited partners and support their needs in reports and information.
• Work with deal team and legal department on the funds flow, deal structure and closing documents.
• Assist in the yearly audit of the Firm's funds and tax obligations.
• Manage projects and workflow with outsourced accounting support.

Requirements/Preferences

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years' experience in public/private accounting in the private equity (preferred)
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
• Ability to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come up
• Allue/AltaRetrun and QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
