About The Role:

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Your role will involve providing technical expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and implementation, while also serving as a client project manager to maintain strong relationships and deliver projects profitably.
Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will enhance project outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Additionally, you will mentor and grow a geotechnical team, overseeing analysis, design, reporting, and construction site inspections.
Your contributions will drive continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements within our projects and departments, aligning with client objectives and fostering strong relationships across the company.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
• You have 8+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering
• You have 5+ years in a Project Manager role, a plus
• You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license
• You are able to demonstrate business development skills
• You are able to assist in the field and conduct project site visits as needed
