As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise, managing support staff members, and ensuring the quality control of project deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong background in project management and consulting. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise, managing support staff members, and ensuring the quality control of project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to support staff members, including engineers, technicians, and field personnel.
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analyses, and feasibility studies to assess soil and rock conditions, slope stability, foundation design, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, design calculations, drawings, and specifications for a variety of projects, including bridges, highways, buildings, and retaining structures.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on project management and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and foundation engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing projects and mentoring junior staff members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions.
