Expected Salary: $100,566-$126,894
Senior Professionals are degreed professionals (licensed if applicable) with major responsibility for technical performance. They possess diversified knowledge of engineering consulting principles and practices in their field of endeavor. They apply advanced techniques, modifications and theories and serve as technical liaisons on matters pertaining to their field of practice. They are involved in ALL aspects of project performance including regular and effective project communication with clients, timely and efficient scheduling, communication and use of all appropriate staff, quality and useful project deliverables, and all appropriate follow-up contacts. Specific duties include:
• Project and task management
• Technical correctness and profitable task completion
• Timely scope and monitoring and modification
• Risk identification and management
• Mentoring of junior staff
• Scheduling resources and conflict management
• Strong communication skills with regulators, client and staff
• Consistent (regular), accurate and timely communications
• Customer billings and collections
• Proactive client management with client development in concert with the Business Development Associate
• Capturing and promoting future work
• Project procurement including work-scope negotiation with client on fee, schedule and performance criteria
• Project performance including budget, schedule, communications, all follow-up, and client satisfaction
• Technical expert in field locally and in the industry
SALARY RANGE
$100,566-$126,894
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university in related field
CA Professional License as applicable
8+ years of materials experience in transportation, water, schools and hospitals and with other infrastructure.
