Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Sr. Global Mobility Specialist who will adopt a strategic approach to managing the US, Canada, and Latin America Immigration and Mobility process at ServiceNow. This person will collaborate with the recruiting team, HR business partners, payroll, finance, hiring managers and employees to provide context, consultation, and guidance around the complexity of Immigration and Global Mobility practices and issues. The position will be a member of the Global Mobility team within the Total Rewards Organization and will play a significant role in supporting the Americas Immigration program, managing outside counsel in an outsourced engagement model and driving the internal/external Mobility process.

- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Global Mobility to design and facilitate ServiceNow’s US, Canada, and Latin America Immigration strategy and program to provide an amazing end to end employee experience and service delivery
- Leverage your vendor management expertise to lead RFP efforts, prepare/update Immigration SOW as needed to align to change in business requirements, represent Global Mobility in negotiating contracts, and creating/managing performance metrics for the vendor
- Manage the vendor relationship to mitigate potential risks before they occur and/or address SLA issues with a suggested plan of action
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities with the Americas Immigration vendor to ensure compliance, cost effectiveness and optimal service levels to ServiceNow foreign national population
- Provide stellar consultative support prior to and during domestic and cross border transfers, including cost analysis, preparation of letters of understanding, and vendor initiation and coordination
- Responsible for managing the “At Risk” calls with employees, managers, and people partners for employees who may need to be relocated due to maxing out on their work permits
- Handle day-to-day inquiries regarding global mobility policies/program
- Help develop and maintain knowledge base articles to support our “self-service” initiatives
- Responsible for conducting on-going data audits to ensure compliance
- Ensure foreign nationals are well informed by vendor regarding all stages of their immigrant status including timely documentation, strategy, and case progression
- Use your technical creativity and out of the box thinking to help build a seamless initiation and global mobility inquiry process
- Demonstrate your leadership & communication skills in facilitating meetings with multiple internal and external partners/stakeholders and writing clearly and contextually with appropriate content
- Advise the transferee and stakeholders on policy and process changes as appropriate.
- Utilize your project management expertise to plan, initiate, execute and monitor all immigration vendor related projects.
- Serve as ServiceNow signatory for US Immigration petitions
- Support and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Global Mobility program by building strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop, govern and maintain Global Mobility programs and processes
What you need to be successful:
- You have 5+ years of U.S. Immigration consulting experience (F1, H1B, L1, TN) and the entire Green Card process to include in-depth expertise administering corporate immigration programs
- You have knowledge of Immigration in Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
- You have 5+ years of vendor management experience to include RFPs, supplier selection, preparing SOWs and developing/managing performance metrics.
- You have a thorough understanding of US domestic and International transfers
- You’re a self-starter, creative thinker with analytical skills and have the ability to recommend solutions to complex issues
- Have a strong passion and ability to work with and learn from individuals from other countries, cultures and disciplines
- Excellent computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web-based research)
- Business workstream mapping and process optimization skills
- Must possess a collaborative, flexible, positive, confident and can-do attitude
- Very strong technical aptitude and experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday and ServiceNow workflow technology preferred but not required
