This role is responsible for the creating, updating, and maintaining drawings used for use user-facing documentation and global labeling components, such as package artwork and labels, for highly technical and innovative medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works without appreciable supervision.
• Creates, updates, and maintains labeling components which includes, but is not limited to, drawings for use in user-facing documentation and on labeling components, package inserts, product packaging labels, product carton artwork, and posters.
• Works within the confines of the Quality System policy as well as global regulatory requirements and follows company style guide and branding requirements.
• Collaborates with a cross-functional product development team to acquire source material and information to develop understanding of the products.
• Maintains schedules, understands inter-dependencies within and across projects, and provides labeling assets for complex labeling-related projects.
• Reports status on assigned projects and assures that the quality of service meets internal and external customer requirements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned & not all responsibilities listed may be assigned. Experience and Skills
Required:
• A minimum of 4-6 years of progressively-more responsibility as a graphic designer or related area creating drawings and labeling assets.
• Strong prioritization skills, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Must be highly organized and highly attentive to detail.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Technical ability for learning new tools and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Preferred:
• A working understanding of global regulations and standards related to labeling requirements for medical devices.
• Experience working in a medical device or highly-regulated environment.
• Experience working with label-design tools such as BarTender, EasyLabel, or Label Matrix.
Other:
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $140,185.

• This role may require up to 10% travel.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
