Your Role
As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience. You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
- Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
- Collaborate with business partners.
- Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
- Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
