Aeroderivative Hardware Owner will act as the connection and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer facing organizations focused on product / manufacturing readiness, execution and change management, among other responsibilities. The role includes overcoming short term challenges like QEM's and longer term, for example, with change management like a source change.

Roles and Responsibilities
+ Serves as manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate and Technical reviews for assigned hardware
+ Sourcing - Global Machining & Fabrications Hardware Owner is the connection between Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer facing organizations focused on cost, change management, readiness, and execution.
+ Provide leadership around change management, cost reduction, and producibility improvement for assigned hardware
+ Define the program plans and translate plans into requirements and milestones for the procurement and production of assigned hardware
+ Develop standard work and process around change management to be applied across product lines
+ Align to support value stream goals and objectives. Inform and give guidance to value steam on priorities that matter most to the business
+ Utilize digital tools that minimize report outs and drive quick decision making
+ Participate in strategy planning sessions to develop multi-year approach for assigned hardware aimed at achieving cost and operational entitlement
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Commercial role
Desired Characteristics
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in cross functional teams and have the ability to lead those teams as they relate to your hardware. Strong planning skills that help drive successful outcomes in change management. Those planning skills include overlap planning, inventory management and risk mitigation.
