Job Details:Serve as strategic business partner and coach to pOpshelf and Field Maintenance field leadership. Lead and direct HR generalist activities while building and maintaining effective partnerships with field management. Develop programs/processes and implement talent strategy through recruiting initiatives that build bench strength, reduce turnover and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. Partners with centers of excellence and Field Leadership to provide professional consultation in areas related to talent assessment, polices/procedures, succession planning, employee relations, development and retention initiatives. Lead and participate in large-scale projects that have enterprise-wide impact. Responsible for overseeing HR metric reporting relating to field employees, in addition to performing deep-dive analysis for particular HR metrics. Assists the HR Director in the management of human capital strategy and metrics.
Develop strategy, create comprehensive programs, manage process and provide direction to ensure the execution and implementation of the overall talent success initiatives including: talent strategies, new recruiting initiatives, on-boarding programs, foster internal growth/development, succession planning, performance management, retention, leader toolkits and maximize engagement.

Anticipate talent needs and create strategies that will utilize staff to build a succession plan to meet forecasted field staffing needs and lead team to ensure they are properly identifying quality internal and external candidates to be presented to District Leaders for interview. Manage internal and external resources in the administration of staffing, training, and employee relations systems, policies, practices, and budgets.

Manage cross-functional relationships to create and develop new employee programs for the brand, as well as provide consultation and influence to ensure operational and people needs are met. Initiate cross-functional conversations and leverage internal resources to streamline processes, enhance brand execution, drive change management efforts, achieve impactful results and protect brand culture.

Analyze reports of progress against designated HR metrics and make recommendations on opportunities to increase the retention of key talent, training, development and other related issues. Remain current on trends in the industry and HR field; implementing new ideas to ensure the team is effectively attracting, developing and engaging top talent.

Responsible for acting as a consultant to influence internal customers and coworkers, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change. Accountable for all human resources responsibilities including leadership of direct and indirect reports (e.g. hiring, coaching, performance management, training, assessing, development, etc.) for movement within department and/or organization. Manage field employee relations in partnership with the Employee Relations department.

Responsible for recruiting District Team Leader positions through internal development and external sourcing. Perform market visits with Regional Directors to support pOpshelf and Field Maintenance needs.
