Working as part of our global People & Culture (P&C) Operations team and reporting to the P&C Operations Manager in our corporate headquarters, Oxford, UK, this is a critical role in ensuring an efficient, high quality employee experience across our three offices in the NORAM region.
Known internally as our (Senior) P&C Operations Coordinator, you will assist the local P&C Business Partner in all people-related processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll & benefits, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Once a new hire is identified, work closely with the P&C Business Partner and collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Administer and execute payroll operations with precision and efficiency.
- Manage local immigration queries and process of visa renewals.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in our HRIS system.
- Enhance employee experience through effective P&C administration practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with local centers of excellence to optimize P&C processes and practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline P&C operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity on all HR Systems. Conducting weekly, monthly audits.
- Support training initiatives and coordinate training sessions.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Assist in the performance review process, including tracking timelines and collecting feedback.
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Operations role or generalist position.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a multinational matrixed company across multiple geographies.
- Experience with payroll administration and HRIS systems is a MUST.
- Proven track record of managing P&C administration processes and tasks.
- Strong understanding of P&C policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across geographies.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a standalone role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with ambiguity.
