Job Location:
This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work onsite in Arlington, VA 1-2 days a week.
Clearance:

Job Description:
In your position as Senior HR Specialist, you will provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and reporting. You will also play a critical role in ensuring compliance with employment regulations, with a focus on OFCCP standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. In this position, you will also:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including OFCCP regulations and reporting.
- Administer employee benefits and manage enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and reporting.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist in HR audits and reporting to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management on employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for HR functions.
- Experience with OFCCP compliance and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Experience supporting Open Enrollment.
Desired Skills:
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
